Jeff Baranski is the owner and inspector of Construction Inspections & Education. When Jeff first began evaluating properties, he made it his personal duty to inspire his clients to always look ahead—ensuring that the home or commercial building that they choose to invest in is safe and able to retain its good quality and value well into the future. 30 years and over 11,000 inspections later, Jeff still adheres to that original mindset, providing accurate and unbiased evaluations of any residential or commercial property.

When he’s not inspecting properties, Jeff likes to attend various functions for military veterans. Jeff also enjoys range shooting, guitars building, and working on antique boats & cars.

A Builder’s Perspective – An Engineer’s Precision

Before he inspected homes, Jeff worked for 25 years as an engineer in the French Army. Over the course of his enlistment, Jeff acquired a wealth of skills and knowledge, exercising a disciplined and enthusiastic work ethic that has never waned. After he left the French Army, Jeff became a General Contractor, spearheading numerous construction projects for satisfied clients throughout Florida. With his extensive knowledge and experience, transitioning to a career in home inspection was a sensible choice. Jeff has even gone on to start a Home Inspector School, rigorously training students who wish to enter the profession.
