Home Inspector School

In addition to providing a wide range of residential and commercial property inspection services, Construction Inspections & Education also offers a training program for aspiring home inspectors. Once you’ve finished up with your 80 hours of online training, you can contact us to schedule your remaining 40 hours of in-class training that’s required before you’re eligible to take the state exam. Owner and inspector Jeff Baranski is a designated proctor for InterNACHI, giving you the option to be administered the state exam for Florida home Inspector licensure as soon as your 120 hours of training (80 online + 40 in-class) are complete.

Private 1-on-1 Training

Jeff’s training program is structured as a 1-on-1 private class to ensure that you’re engaged openly and directly as you learn the fundamentals of becoming a successful home inspector. Students who wish to do hands-on training will do inspections with Jeff on-site, going through the entire process from the base evaluation to compiling the final report. You’ll also be taught about licensure, insurance, marketing, and software used in the home inspection industry. Once students have graduated from training and passed the exam, Jeff also offers on-demand private classes for mold inspection, wind mitigation, and a variety of other pertinent topics that will be beneficial to their careers as Florida home inspectors.

Construction Inspections & Education is dedicated to your success, providing a helping hand for our clients wherever possible—even if you’re working toward becoming a home inspector yourself.
